Situated in 89 acres of Sussex parkland, the main Georgian manor house of Hilton Avisford Park makes quite a first impression as you approach from the driveway. 
The hotel boasts an on-site 18-hole golf course, health club with fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room, beauty treatment rooms, tennis courts, squash court, croquet, putting, table tennis, boules and badminton. 

Through the keyhole
Having retained some beautiful original features including an ornate staircase leading from the main entrance to the first floor, you’d be forgiven for feeling a sense of awe upon entering the manor house. The stunning Ballroom has beautiful pillars and sparkling chandeliers, hanging from the ornately decorated ceiling, providing an elegant location for evening celebrations. In contrast the modern Henty Suite has subtle décor to suit a simple style or something more flamboyant. 

The self-contained Garden Lodge features the impressive Grand Hall lavish events and features 27 bedrooms, bar, outdoor patio area and dedicated parking. 

Formerly the library of the manor house, the Terrace Room is ideal for intimate events and has access to the terrace area overlooking the rear lawns.

The link-way lawns feature a gazebo licensed for civil ceremonies. The rear lawns are ideal for relaxing and playing traditional garden games to keep your guests entertained. There’s also ample space for al fresco drinks receptions and some wonderful photographic opportunities.
