Indulge in a summer’s evening of fine dining at Cowdray Estate with a showcase of wines from Gusbourne, the award-winning producer of English still and sparkling wines.
Wander through the Cowdray Maize Maze to find hidden Gusbourne tasting experiences followed by a delicious fireside feast of seasonal and locally-sourced produce, set amongst the spectacular sunflower field.
Look forward to dishes including coal-fired Cowdray tomahawk steak, harissa slow-cooked Estate lamb shoulder, and skillet-cooked shallots with thyme and gorgonzola. All served with vibrant seasonal sides and perfectly paired with Gusbourne wines.
