Using sustainably sourced ingredients from the best possible suppliers, the food at The Red Deer is cooked fresh serving French brasserie must-tries and internationally inspired dishes. What’s more the extensive drinks list offers locally brewed ales, wines from across the globe, liqueurs, gins and a vast selection of classic cocktails. The star of the show is the Pilsner Urquell, an unpasteurised golden beer straight from the Prague brewery and piped into each of their authentic Czech tanks giving a real depth of flavour.
