Ethical and sustainable jewellery brand Vurchoo, has launched its gorgeous Studs of Hope collection of earrings with the aim of supporting a charity that helps children worldwide into education. The collection is now being stocked in Silverado, located on Brighton’s Bond Street. Store manager Emma says, “Here at Silverado we’re committed to supporting environmental and ethical issues. It’s important to us, as a company to champion designers who handcraft their jewellery with this in mind and we endeavour to showcase only those who do.”

Individually designed and affordable, the earrings offer an accessible way to help those in need, while being effortlessly chic and fashionable. Bringing ethical jewellery to everyone for only £40 per pair, they prove that anybody can help to make a difference and make wonderful bridesmaids’ gifts, full of heart. For every pair sold, Vurchoo gives 10 to 25 per cent of profits to charities in the UK and overseas, via its UK partner registered charity, Teach a Man to Fish.

Comprised of gold, silver and mixed metals as well as ethically- sourced gemstones, each design ranging from the colourful Not So Evil Eye of Guatemala to the simple Lapis Lazuli of Honduras and Golden Clover of Uganda, comes mounted on a card showing the region you’re supporting and tells the story behind it.
