Christina Perri's hit, A Thousand Years takes the top spot of first dance songs, a rather fitting choice as this song featured on the soundtrack for the Twilight franchise in the film Breaking Dawn Part 1 which saw the (spoiler alert!) wedding of Edward and Bella. This track currently has 655,217,828 plays and features on 46 of the 133 playlists.This song is closely followed by the 90s classic, Amazed by Lonestar. This song appeared on 44 playlists and has 82,400,189 plays on Spotify.
