With many couples very sadly needing to replan their wedding days due to the Coronavirus pandemic, next year's diary is looking to be a challenge for wedding venues across the county. We caught up with Annabel Eddison of School House Farm, Petworth, who is doing her utmost during this difficult time to help brides and grooms faced with this horrible situation.

"I feel so strongly for these poor couples who've lost their venues, and potentially their dream weddings because of Covid19, so I decided to do my best to help them," Annabel says. "So, I've set up a wedding package with the lovely Love Tipis and Time in Lieu at School House Farm with the aim to try to help as many people as I can," she continues.

The tipi will be up from 9th July - 1st August 2021, but the venue will endeavour to be flexible with other dates for weekends and weekdays weddings. This package is also available for new 2021 couples trying to find a venue. What's more, to safeguard couples from the uncertainty of Covid-19 restrictions, Annabel is only asking for a hold-the-date fee, with the venue hire being payable a month before the wedding.

The package includes:
Two tan giant tipis
Fairylighting
Luxury matting
Vintage long tables and benches to seat 80
Apex festoon lightiing (between the peaks)
Parquet dancfloor
Luxury loo trailer

Weekend hire is £5,995
Mid-week hire is £4,500

"I do have another venue at Horstedpond Farm, where I've moved all my couples from 2020 into 2021 free of charge. I'd hate to be in the position where my wedding was compromised because of the virus, so I decided to take a big financial hit next year by giving them all my key dates, I felt it was the least I could do," Annabel finishes.
