On Tuesday 26th November celebrate some of the best sparkling wine available accompanied by Gravetye's Executive Chef George's stunning menu which includes Cured Isle of Gigha Halibut,ponzu, pickled radish, sesame & caviar with Ridgeview Blanc de Blancs 2014, Smoked Salt Baked Celeriac, black truffle, local curd, hazelnut & parsley leaf with Ridgeview Cavendish NV and Roasted Guinea Fowl, red beetroot, liver parfait, granola & black garlic paired with Blanc de Noirs 2014.
