Ridgeview is delighted that George Blogg, Executive Chef of Gravetye Manor, one of only two Michelin starred restaurants in Sussex, joins it for the latest in its collaborative dinner series, held at the wine estate. George has an incredible resume working at The Square, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, The Ledbury, Terra Vina, Noma and now leading the kitchen at Gravetye since 2014, where he has achieved a Michelin star four years in a row. Nestled in the Sussex countryside, Gravetye Manor is a beautiful and historic hotel with acres of beautiful gardens that are among the most important historic gardens in England, including its own Kitchen Garden providing produce for its stunning restaurant.
Ridgeview and Gravetye have enjoyed a close relationship for a number of years and Ridgeview is excited that George will be bringing his passion for local and seasonal produce to this exclusive dinner. Menu highlights include Gravetye tomatoes, scallop, marigold, almond and smoked consommé paired with Cavendish NV and roasted guinea fowl, hen of the woods, liver parfait, granola and black garlic paired with the Blanc de Noirs 2014.
