"During the summer months we love bringing a fun and less traditional atmosphere to our dishes and to your wedding as a whole! One of our favourites being our casual-style menu. To kick things off we'd recommend our much loved antipasti board boasting chargrilled vegetables, a selection of meats, olives and artisan breads served on wooden platters. Not only do these taste delicious but add a beautiful pop of colour to your table setup too!

"Following this, your guests can enjoy a barbecue served straight to your table - a true crowd pleaser. With a range of succulent meats, seafood and vegetarian options there's something for every guest; especially when paired with our fresh salads and a refreshing glass of white wine. Later, if you’re not dancing the night away with a slice of our wood fired pizza in hand you’re going wrong!"

The Gourmet Chef can also make sure guests with dietary requirements are delighted by what's on offer...

"From canapés to evening food we have a huge variety of dishes to ensure everyone enjoys a day of gorgeous food no matter any intolerances or preferences. While sipping on your glass of prosecco on arrival, enjoy a tasty gluten free olive tapenade on a herb crostini from our circulating canapés.

"When it comes to the wedding breakfast you won't be short of options; our vegan bruschetta will set you up perfectly before tucking into our signature vegetable tian with layers of chargrilled vegetables with or without goats cheese followed by a moist vegan brownie.

"When deciding on your evening food offerings we recommend choosing our wood fired pizza as an easily adaptable option. Our sourdough bases are vegan and we always ensure we have vegan cheese and a variety of toppings on hand to ensure everyone can enjoy a slice of pizza or two to finish off a perfect day."
