What’s in the box?
Bolney’s Eighteen Acre Rosé is a vibrant, deep pink with elegant mousse in the glass. On the nose this wine expresses aromas of red fruits, particularly that of ripe strawberries and red cherries. These aromas are continued over to the palate with layers of complexity from the lees aging, with a sweet spice character.

A collection of hand dipped and decorated truffles featuring Bolney’s Eighteen Acre Sparkling Rosé, made by local chocolatiers Noble & Stace. Made from a milk chocolate and fresh cream ganache, carefully blended with the sparkling wine, resulting in a deliciously fruity taste experience. Each truffle is then dipped in milk or dark chocolate and hand decorated.

Bolney Estate Gin is a classic, dry English gin.  Its vibrant freshess of lemon oil and fennel is delicately balanced with hints of bay and juniper.  As richly scented as a country hedgerow, it has an earthy, floral depth and a spiciness on the nose to finish.
