The Cooden Beach Hotel, Bexhill on Sea

Set in a quiet corner on the outskirts of Bexhill-on-Sea, The Cooden Beach Hotel is beautifully positioned on the beach, perfect for whiling away some time on the English coast. 1928 saw the building begin its transformation from a row of shops, and over the years it's grown to become the hotel you see today. The most recent addition of the Beachside Brasserie is a fabulous modern dining experience. With its traditional black and white frontage, the hotel overlooks manicured gardens. The terrace is hugely popular with hotel guests and wedding parties alike as an optimal spot to take in a warm summer evening, perhaps sipping on a glass of gin from the Gin Palace.

This rural retreat is home to an abundance of wildlife offering a tranquil setting against an idyllic countryside backdrop. The Sussex Room is an informal space with capacity for 40 ceremony guests. The Hydro Hotel boasts a light and airy feel, with large open lounges and high ceilings. Opened in 1885 as a seaside retreat, the hotel has continued to welcome guests for more than 100 years. It retains its Victorian-look to this day and its Art Deco entrance and lobby are a sight to behold.
