Pelorus has announced several James Bond-inspired adventures

Inspired by 007’s arrival on the UK’s screens in April, travel specialists Pelorus has created a series of super suave, adrenalin-fuelled experiences for guests to channel their inner Bond, across the globe.
 
The Game: The Ultimate Bond Experience
An opportunity to hone your inner spy skills and experience something truly out of the ordinary. The Game creates an alternate reality using actors and professional production teams, led by Special Forces, intelligence agencies and counter-terrorism experts.  How would you cope in a hostage situation; what is your ability to negotiate; and are you the type to put yourself in harm’s way to help others or take your chance to escape? By developing different scenarios, such as conflict resolution, escape and evasion, or an espionage mission, The Game challenges your intelligence and resolve by seeing how you react and deal with high-pressure situations within a controlled environment. 

Myanmar By Yacht (November – February)
Explore the Mergui Archipelago by yacht and take part in a cat and mouse chase across the islands and jungle to recover a collection of famous Myanmarese gems stolen by a ‘local gang’. Infiltrate this criminal ring to receive the first clues, before setting off on a course of adventures, including kayaking through the jungle to a remote elephant camp, scuba diving with first-rate guides, and heli-ing deep into the mountains to learn thai boxing from the masters. Guests will also fish and forage land and sea, freedive with the Moken tribespeople and learn how to survive on a desert island with the help of two Ex-British Army captains. Pure Adrenalin In Greenland (May - September)
Travellers will split a yacht expedition to Greenland between time onboard a luxury vessel, with staying in the perfect Bond lair. Foil a plan to detonate a bomb planted at the guests' remote luxury camp, an abandoned weather research station, by following a series of clues that will take them on an adventure by jet ski through iceberg filled alleys, before landing on a rocky beach to jump on waiting snowmobiles. If successful in reaching the lair in time, guests will spend the night enjoying the skills of an award-winning chef, who will whip up local delicacies, and martinis made with Greenlandic vodka, shaken over 1,000-year-old ice. Other experiences include a cold-water dive, an ice climb and abseil into the crevasses of the ice cap, and a week’s heliskiing in the fjords, taking runs that head right to the water’s edge. Ice fishing and bathing in hot springs, while their catch hot smokes nearby, and a visit to the Arctic climate research centre with local scientists to learn more about the state of climate change and discover how they can make a difference are other highlights of this adventure packed journey. 
 
Scotland: All Action (early July or September)
This exhilarating journey begins at a private race track when 007’s can hone their professional driving skills with a specialist instruction, before flying north to take part in a series of missions, winding their way through the mesmeric Highlands landscapes and exploring sections of the North Coast 500 in a super car. Scotland will be revealed in all its glory through RIB adventures to isolated coves and deserted beaches, lunch in a remote bothy, a scenic helicopter flight to a beautiful loch to explore by kayak and take part in a heart-pounding abseil, before tasting the finest whiskeys in a private class at the lodge with a master distiller.
 
Italy: Ski To City Martini - Ski to City Martini (March)
Spend three days skiing from a luxurious chalet in the Dolomites, with heli on hand to find the freshest powder and best conditions, before heading on a super car Grand Tour, racing through the mountains to Venice. Here, Pelorus will create an equally unforgettable ‘race’ through the canals and alleyways of Venice on foot and gondolas, where Bonds will complete a series of exciting missions, before ending the day on board a yacht in the centre of Venice’s breathtaking lagoon, sipping on a delicious martini.
