Classical concerts coming to Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens
Leonardslee Lakes and Gardens in West Sussex is hosting the Bernardi Music Group classical concert series on the 20th of September and the 11th of October. Visitors can also enjoy luxury overnight accommodation at Leonardslee House, and a second night, dining at Michelin Starred Restaurant Interlude. On the 20th of September at 6.30pm, an Opera Gala will feature the acclaimed Stradivarius Piano Trio, consisting of Andrew Bernardi on violin, Maria Marchant on piano, and Jonathan Few on cello. Accompanying them will be the formidable vocal talents of soprano Charlotte Bröker and tenor Dominic Bevan. Guests will experience a range of musical highlights including The Marriage of Figaro, La Bohème, Nessun Dorma and West Side Story.

Now that we have entered peak wedding season, (May-October), DJing experts from CD Pool have provided the ultimate wedding playlists for your reception that is guaranteed to keep the dance floor hopping with happy guests. CD Pool analysed Spotify API data, exploring 2117 playlists with the keyword "wedding" to compile four playlists that reflect the atmosphere at different stages of the wedding reception. The suggested No. 1 song to include in your wedding playlist is I Wanna Dance With Somebody by Whitney Houston, a guaranteed floorfiller that appeared in over 320 playlists on Spotify, making it the most popular wedding-related track.

Supergroup Claire Richards & Duncan James surprise couple on their wedding day
Pop royalty, Claire Richards and Duncan James, joined forces on Saturday 17th September, as the ultimate wedding band - Simply Wed - to surprise one lucky couple with a performance of poptastic floor-filling songs on their wedding day. Anna Novelli and Samuel Hold from Bournemouth were delighted when the power duo 'crashed the wedding' at the Larmer Street in Wiltshire, to surprise guests and the lucky couple with the performance of a lifetime. The couple - both Steps and Blue superfans - were overwhelmed with joy to have the newly minted wedding supergroup perform, having known all the routines to Claire and Duncan's biggest hits since childhood!

To celebrate the nation's love of cheese, as we head into wedding season, Mini Cheddars has brought together two pop icons - Duncan James from Blue and Claire Richards from Steps - in musical matrimony to form the ultimate wedding supergroup - Simply Wed. And one lucky couple will win an exclusive performance from 'Simply Wed' at their wedding this September. To mark the launch of the wedding supergroup, Mini Cheddars commissioned research revealing the ultimate wedding playlist with Dancing Queen by ABBA taking the top spot – 46 years after it was first released. A poll of 2,000 wedding guests saw Don't Stop Me Now by Queen and Neil Diamond's Sweet Caroline complete the top three.
