What five treatments would a facial aesthetics practitioner recommend?

What five treatments would a facial aesthetics practitioner recommend?

Highly acclaimed Dr Krystna has exclusively revealed what five treatments she'd recommend as part of your pre-wedding prep.

1. Anti wrinkle treatment
To ensure you feel your absolute best on your wedding day it is crucial to plan a short and long term skin regime. Long-term skin treatments include Botox which can be used to alleviate any unwanted wrinkles and smooth and enhance skin. Botox is also used to firm and strengthen jaw lines and combat any areas of excessive sweating. This treatment must only be carried out my facial aesthetic practitioners who have had appropriate certified training. Botox treatment is best done incrementally and therefore needs to be performed at least four- six months before the wedding!

2. Hyaluronic Fillers
To enhance juicy lips or sharpen and define cheeks without surgery seek advice from your local facial aesthetic practitioner. A bespoke treatment plan can be designed after initial consultation where dermal fillers can be placed in to plump, volumize and define certain areas of the neck and face.

3. Tooth whitening
Feel confident when smiling on your big day with pearly white teeth. Three months before the wedding treat yourself to a home bleaching kit purchased from a licensed dental practitioner. Allow enough time to sufficiently whiten to your desired shade. Two weeks before you marry your man, pop into your dental surgery for a whitening boost using UV light! This enhances at home whitening and gives the teeth that extra special shine!

4. Skin booster
Chemical peels and mesotherapy treatment can be considered 2-3 months prior to getting married. Mesotherapy is a procedure where multiple micro- injections of vitamins and skin booster products are placed just under the surface of the skin. This treatment improves the quality of the skin whilst hydrating and revitalising areas of the face and neck.

5. Hygienist
Don't let coffee or red wine stains get in the way of you big day. Book a hygienist appointment for a deep clean to buff and remove any unwanted plaque. The gums will feel healthier; teeth will look whiter and no chance of any bad breath!
