Event Coordinator
When you book Balcombe Place, our in-house event coordinator will ensure everything runs smoothly. From the first enquiry to the day itself, and beyond, your coordinator will watch over your plans and ideas and be your support throughout. It's the little things we will assist with, including timings and access for you and your suppliers, hints and tips for the best possible stay and all of this will be managed in your Balcombe Place Event Plan.

This service is offered for every booking here at Balcombe Place, whether it is for your wedding, your party, meeting or just for an overnight stay. We aim to provide a relaxed, stress-free and enjoyable experience.


Wedding Planner
Planning the biggest day of your life can be daunting and time-consuming.
If you are looking for further assistance, talk to us about our Wedding Planning service. Taking advantage of the Balcombe Place Wedding Planner means every detail of your wedding is managed, planned and executed to perfection. The beauty of having a Wedding Planner means the process of planning your wedding will be a blissful and enjoyable journey, allowing you to relax in the knowledge that our experienced Wedding Planner has everything in hand. We will meet with you for an initial briefing of your thoughts, ideas and, of course, style. From there we will create a mood board for your wedding, something you can take away to consider (we are positive you will already have a wedding book overflowing with ideas). We will source and manage suppliers, manage meetings to suit you, help with the little things, like invitations, favours, bridal party gifts, speech writing and, of course the running and logistics of the day itself - all in the style and picture of your dream day.
