| Spotlight on... Eastbourne to Rye |

Gilredge Manor
This beautiful Grade II listed Georgian manor house was recently restored with stacks of period features, characterful details and luxurious furnishings. The property was built in 1776 on the site of a Medieval Inn and was home to the reverend and then the Lord of the Manor of Eastbourne. It housed Eastbourne’s art gallery and museum for more than 80 years before it fell into dereliction and was saved by the current owners.
The venue is hired exclusively and there is space for up to 100 guests for your day reception and 150 for the evening reception across the different spaces, including the Edwardian Gentleman’s Library. This features lots of beautiful leather, quirky items and rare parquet floor; or the Ladies Morning Room that has space for 40 of you to enjoy celebration drinks.
